By accessing or using CapraDomains ("the Service"), operated by Capra Works, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CapraDomains lets you search, register, and manage domains, compare registrar pricing, generate domain ideas, and track renewals. When you register a domain through CapraDomains, we place the registration on your behalf through our registrar partner and configure DNS via Cloudflare. The registrar we use is named in the agreements you accept at checkout, and may change; the agreements shown to you at the time are the ones that apply to your registration.
Where our registrar supports it, you are recorded as the registrant of the domain — the legal holder — and we act only as your reseller and administrative agent. Some registrars do not allow a per-domain registrant contact, in which case Capra Works is recorded as registrant of record and holds the domain on your behalf. Either way the domain is yours: you may transfer it away at any time and we will supply the authorisation code needed to do so.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded.
Domain registrations are an exception, and you waive this right at checkout. A registration cannot be undone once placed — the registry has issued the name and charged for it — so before you pay we ask you to expressly request that we register it immediately and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to withdraw. That request is a separate tick-box, never pre-ticked, and we record when you gave it. If you do not give it, we do not register the domain.
Your right is unaffected for anything we have not yet performed. To withdraw from a purchase where the right still applies, email hello@capradomains.com with your order details and a statement that you are withdrawing — any clear statement will do, and you may use the model form below. We will refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) abuse API endpoints or AI features through automated bulk requests; (d) resell access without permission.
A domain registered through us must not be used for phishing, malware distribution, botnet command and control, pharming, spam, or any other unlawful activity. We may suspend a domain used for any of these, and where the risk to people is immediate we will do so before contacting you. Domain registrations initiated through the Service are subject to the terms of the underlying registrar. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for registration failures, disputes, or losses arising from third-party registrar actions.
Domain name suggestions and brand kits are generated using AI. These are suggestions only — we do not guarantee availability, trademark clearance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed renewals, domain lapses, pricing inaccuracies, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
